Terms & Conditions


The rates for the Queen’s Head Hotel (“we”) include VAT. Room tariffs are variable and are correct at time of booking. The Queen’s Head Hotel is responsible for the credit card transaction. Your credit card details are entered onto a secure page before being encrypted using SSL. We accept all major credit and debit cards. (Except American Express).

Upon booking, payment for the first night will be required in full (or to the premises discretion). Changes can be made to your booking, but are subject to the following terms:

Changes are not available online and can only be made by contacting our reservations team on 01298 23841.

Reservations cancelled more than 48 hours before the day of arrival (unless made as a none refundable prepaid booking) will not be charged. Charges will occur if cancelled less than 48 hours prior to arrival day or if the guest fails to check in to The Queen’s Head Hotel. In these instances, the full amount of the entire stay will be taken.

Check In / Check Out Times

Check in time from 3pm, checkout time 10.30am on day of departure. Baggage can be stored if you arrive early, please enquire for more details.


Unfortunately, no pets are allowed.

General Booking Terms

We will not collect personally identifiable information like your name, email, mailing address or telephone number (“Personal Information”) without your knowledge or consent;
We will not disclose your Personal Information to third parties unless you have authorised us to do so in advance.
We will take reasonable steps to protect the security of the Personal Information we collect from you and this will be done within the data protection laws of the United Kingdom.
We do not accept bookings from guests under the age of 18 at time of arrival. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult aged over 18 unless pre-arranged by telephone on 01298 23841.
The Queen’s Head Hotel reserves the right to eject guests and customers from the premises for any act of anti-social behaviour. In accordance with the Alcohol Licensing Objectives The Queen’s Head Hotel also reserve the right to refuse the sale of alcohol to those who appear intoxicated.
Lost property will be stored for 7 days. Please call 01298 23841 to arrange return. All postage and packing costs incurred are the responsibility of the customer to reimburse The Queen’s Head Hotel.
